Front Desks

What they do

The front desk personnel at each desk have defined responsibilities

• Maintain safety and good order throughout the building

• Accept and hand out parcels for tenants. Note that they do NOT accept food, medical supplies, or flowers, which must be delivered directly to suites.

• Monitor security cameras.

GWLRA management has determined that staff should remain at the desk; this means they are not available to help load or unload vehicles or to replace carts – these are the responsibilities of tenants.
